Your content and rights

You may use DubTake only with video, audio, scripts, and performances you created, licensed, or otherwise have permission to use. Community uploaders must accurately identify their rights basis and be age 13 or older. You keep ownership of your content and give DubTake only the limited permission needed to process, moderate, display, and provide the service.

Prohibited content

Do not upload nudity or sexually explicit material, illegal content, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, graphic violence, threats, hate, harassment, malware, or content that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights. Community submissions are automatically screened and remain private until a host reviews the uploaded video and approves publication. Automated screening is not perfect, and DubTake also acts on user reports.

Purchases

One Dub Pass is a consumable purchase that unlocks one full-quality dub. DubTake Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple. Prices and billing are shown by the App Store before purchase. Purchases are also governed by the Apple Standard EULA.

Service availability

Voice isolation and automated analysis can vary with recording quality, source audio, device capability, and network availability. DubTake may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features, and does not guarantee that every source will separate or transcribe perfectly.

Community enforcement

DubTake may hide or remove Community material after safety, privacy, or copyright reports. Repeated confirmed infringement results in loss of Community upload access. Copyright notices and counter-notices are handled under the Copyright Policy and related legal requirements.

Account termination

You may delete your account in the app. DubTake may restrict accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage subscriptions through your App Store account.
