Only share authorized scenes
Community uploaders must identify whether they created the footage, obtained a license or creator permission, or believe the work is in the public domain. Licensed and public-domain submissions stay private until a person reviews the rights information.
Notice and removal
DubTake promptly hides Community scenes identified in a copyright notice while the claim is reviewed. We notify the uploader, preserve the review record, and may permanently remove the scene. Accounts responsible for repeated confirmed infringement lose Community upload access.
Counter-notices
If your scene was removed by mistake or misidentification, use the counter-notice form. Submitting a counter-notice is a legal process; provide accurate information and consider speaking with a lawyer.
